Need group validation in web adi

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

Hello,

I am having one requirement where I have to do group validation for full batch of web adi. Requirement is I have to do addition of a field  in web adi at run time and check if the value is equal to a query output.

Please provide solution asap.
