Material Status Definintion is not working

Hai,

New material status is defined and marked the below said transactions are disallowed.

Ship Confirm Internal Order : Issue
Staging Transfer on an internal Order
Subinventory transfer sourced by internal order

This new material status is assigned to locator.
While made transaction for internal orders As per this setup system should not allow to
pick the stock from this locator for internal orders at the time of pick release, But system will allow.
