OAT - Fixed Assets Link Error

Hi,

I am getting following error message when trying to find asset details at Fixed Assets link


Error :The setup rule attached to the responsibility does not exist. Please make sure a setup rule exists and you are logged into a responsibility to which the rule is associated.


I am unable to find any thing in OAT implementation guide that links to the above.


Any help please.
