Installing JVMD EMGC_JVMDMANAGER1 startup fails OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space

Dear All,

during installation of JVMD (EM 12.1.0.3.0/ Windows 2008R2) the first Startup of EMGC_JVMDMANAGER1 fails.

Log shows:
