PR approval workflow error

Hi,

I am trying to approve a PR but when i do, i get the following error in workflow.

When i execute the following query, select * from WF_ITEM_ACTIVITY_STATUSES WIAS where item_type = 'REQAPPRV' and item_key = '181914-519426',

i get the error message as "ORA-06512: at line " and error stack as

"

Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(PO_REQAPPROVAL_INIT1.REMOVE_REMINDER_NOTIF, REQAPPRV, 181914-519426, 724526, RUN)

"

How can i resolve or debug this issue?
