Hi All,

User is getting the below error..plz suggest what all i should check to correct this issue

User is not receiving requisition approval Workflow notices from Oracle nor is she able to view Requisitions pending review/approval in her Notifications To-Do List within iProcurement.  We are currently experiencing this error with Req No. 21470 submitted in our CA OU (115) org.  Please investigate and confirm what the issue is so that we no longer experience this error.
