R12.1.3 : Need clarification on Patch 18815177 :Oracle E-Business Suite Mobile Applications Foundati

Hello,

we would like to apply this patch to test the smart phone application.
The Patch 18815177 should be applied on the code level R12.AD.B.delta.4. But currently our code level is R12.AD.B.delta.3.


Please let us know how to proceed to apply this patch.
