Fusion Log on Error in 13.4.1.9

Hi -

After installing RPAS, Fusion and setting up SSO, we have run into an issue when attempting to log into the Fusion client.  We go to the Fusion link and it redirects us to the SSO login page.  After we enter our credentials, SSO successfully authenticates our user information and forwards us to the Fusion.  However, once we have been redirected to Fusion, we only see a blank screen.  The page (Dashboard) does not come up.  The web address looks like the normal address home page address: http://servername:7777/RPASPRD/faces/home?_afrRedirect=16557078129648904&_adf.ctrl-state=1cyhg9kspm_9&_afrLoop=16557078522887093

But the page is blank.  We have this error in the
