Performance Management - is there a way to see if the manager has shared with the appraisee as HR ad

Hi,

Version 12.1.3

Is there a way to see if the manager has shared with the appraisee as HR administrator or through a sql query and what was shared with the employee? I'm also wondering if there is an API that can be used to share the appraisal for the manager, so we can allow the HR administrator to do this for them. Thanks!
