How should end users working through a Delivery Partner manage log file uploads to SRs?
I've had it reported to me from a partner here that this is a problem and they have to resort to granting temporary access for the end user to the delivery partner CSI to work around the MOS limitation.
Apparently the end users can view their SR, but when company policy (or log file size) prevents them from emailing log bundles to the partner, they cannot effectively get data attached to the SR.
Supposedly, the October MOS release was meant to address this?
Any clarifications or recommendations?
