what is the Scope of SiteEntry with in the template?

Hi,

I am calling one Cselement inside the template that cslement variables avalible in template. Now i am trying to call SiteEtry for that Cselement inside the template but i didn't get cselement varaibles inside the template. please tell me "what is the scope of SiteEnrty". How to get those varibles inside the template using the Site entry.what is the good approch getting those values inside the template.
