Error: Negative Balances Not Allowed - Staging SI to Stock SI Sub Inventory Transfer

Hi,

While doing Sub Inventory Transfer from Staging SI to Stock SI, I'm getting a error message (Attached). OHQ form 2 quantity available in Staging SI. I tired using MTL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE API, but the error is same.

Could you please help me to resolve this issue.
