ExternalID of a charge offer coming as blank in ECE caches.

Hi,

We have created a charge offer in PDC and when we are submitting the changeset, although it is coming in ECE cache ChargeOffering, but the externalID in cache is coming as blank.

We checked in BRM db also there is entry for this product in product_t table. This means RRE and BRE are working fine.

Also there is not error in pricingUpdater log while submitting changeset.

We have tested this scenario on system having latest patches ie.  PDC PS6, ECE PS4 and BRM PS10.

Please help us to identify the cause of this. Below is screen shot of query.
