Contract with 2 Lines - How do we ensure by default specific Contract Item is selected in Service Re

Hello,

For the first time we got a requirement to create Contract with 2 Lines. When we create Service Request for Serial Number covered by this contract, it lists both the Contract Lines in Service Request and default one line item is selected. I want to check if we can control default selection of Contract Line in Service Request. As per the testing done, it lists in Ascending order of Contract Line Item Name. Is it possible to list in the same sequence defined in Contract. Please help with this.
