Database 10g (10.2.0.3) 32Bit to 11g ( 11.2.0.4) 64Bit Upgrade

I need your help for an Upgrade Task.

We are running Oracle EBusiness Suite 11i with Database 10g 10.2.0.3  32Bit

We need to Upgrade the Database to 11g R2 11.2.0.4  64Bit

Facts:

1. It is 32Bit to 64Bit Migration

2. 10g to 11g

Please advise... what is the best approach and how we should proceed?

Any Documentation for help will be highly appreciated.
