Siebel File System - Inodes full

Hi Team,

In our PROD environment, Inodes for Siebel File System Server got 100 % but we have space in File System Server.

df -i /siebelfs/att:-

Filesystem            Inodes   IUsed   IFree IUse% Mounted on

/siebelfs               19660800 19468239  192561  100% /siebelfs

df -k:-

Filesystem           1K-blocks      Used Available Use% Mounted on

siebelfs                 154810368  88011008  58937312  60% /siebelfs

Can you please let me know how to resolve it ?

1. Shall I run the sfscleanup utility?

2. Before running sfscleanup utility, Do I need to perform or remove any records in Siebel DB Level?
