Is Punchout considered a Blanket Purchase Agreement ?

Hello,

We have a punchout.

Is it considered as a Blanket purchase Agreement ?

As punchout is a type of catalogue like other catalogues which are bulk loaded, is punchout a blanket purchase agreement as well ?

If yes, the purchase orders created for the punchout are not showing up as blanket releases.

Please give some insight on this.
