Which Linux Media Pack should I download?

Hi,

I want to install Oracle Linux 6 as a guest OS through Oracle VirtualBox. Which Linux Media Pack should I download?

I am confused between Oracle Linux Release 6 Media Pack for x86_64 (64 bit) and Oracle Linux Release 6 Update (1-6) Media Packs for x86_64 (64 bit).

Can anyone suggest me which media pack I should download.

P.S : If there is doc regarding the steps to install Linux as guest OS through Oracle VirtualBox, kindly suggest that too.
