"You cannot change the parent task for this task" error

Hi,

We are getting error as "You cannot change the parent task for this task" while updating project tasks.

We have structure -Workplan and Financial enabled, with "Nonshared:No Mapping".

We call Pa_Project_Pub.Update_Project,with the structure_type as 'FINANCIAL'.

We found that, we are getting different value for l_new_par_ver_id and l_old_par_ver_id in PA_TASK_PUB1.MOVE_TASK_VERSION, beacuse of which  API is throwing error.

Also we can see different task hierarchy structure in PA_tasks window(forms window) and self service financial tab page for the same task. Is it the reason that API throwing error for
