Requisitions with accounting events (XLA) having status U/U

Hi all,

We have upgraded recently to R12.1.3+ and are facing unprocessed encumbrance accounting events for a number of Requisitions since then.

Both EVENT_STATUS_CODE and PROCESS_STATUS_CODE in Subledger Accounting (XLA) have the value "U".

Due to those unprocessed events the "Create Accounting: Receiving" concurrent program is running for 8,5 hours in stead of 6 minutes.

Normally when all accounting has been processed the program divides the records evenly for parallel processing but in this case not.

We have noticed that encumbrance has been processed for the first event but after changing the document the event does not get accounted.
