How to disable the offer approval hierarchy in iRecruitment and making offers to be created directl

I have configured an offer approval hierarchy for iRecruitment in AME but due to some technical errors in my instance it didn't work. I went to AME to delete the offer approval hierarchy but I couldn't and the delete button was disabled .. I don't want to use neither  the approval hierarchy nor supervisor level hierarchy for offers . how to do that please?
