SIM allows transfers with quantities greater than the what's available on stock on hand. Is there a

If transfers a created with quantities greater than what's available on stock on hand, the dispatched and received quantities will be the available SOH.

This will leave the outstanding difference in the TSF_RESERVED_QTY and TSF_EXPECTED_QTY, which will have impact on auto-replenishment.

Is there a way to prevent SIM from allowing transfers with quantities greater than the available stock on hand?
