OTL line manager available in Time Entry - Direct Reports: People in Hierarchy

I saw once a profile option to disable this, but now I can't find it. We only use OTL for CWKs and managers are always employees, so we don't want the manager to be listed in the hierarchy. Clicking action results in an error. Anyone have a list of all OTL profile options? I've found a couple lists, but this feature does not appear on any I've seen.

Alternatively, I would be ok with the manager listed if the action button were disabled.
