How to change column heading dynamically in FRW?

I'm writing a FRW report and the report has the below columns

January  February  March April May June July August September October November December

I have a processing option called Display (1 or 0)

If 0: Then I want to start with July first as below

July August September October November December January February March April May June

If 1: Then the order is the below

January  February  March April May June July August September October November December

The column heading descriptions are on Column 2 currently in its properties.

Can I change the column heading and assign it to Column 2 dynamically?
