iExpense Mobile Application, do we need to buy separate license?

Hi Gurus,

we are on R12.1.3,

I went through below, as we looking for iExpense mobile app implementation on oracle R12.1.3. Is this a separate license that we need to buy it to implement iExpense mobile OR Is it included in existing AP?.
