Install Base and Asset Tracking - EBS (MOSC)

HZ_LOCATION

The Install Base Implementation Guide advised that Locations must be defined in the HZ_LOCATIONS table.  However when I follow the navigation, the locations are only by Country or Territory.  How do I set these up or validate that they exist?

Locations are:  Project; WIP; IN_TRANSIT; PO
