In iSupport, multiple users of the same business partner (same party) need to be given access to 100
In our instance, client has multiple business partners that will use iSupport on behalf of their end customers to log SRs. What I have noticed is that each user of this business partner has to be individually given access to all the end customer parties/accounts.
In our case, each business partner has 1000 + end customers on whose behalf SRs will be logged. Each business partner also has multiple users who log in the system to do this work.
It looks like (1) there is no automatic party relationship (and access) in iSupport even though party relationships are built in customer master
