Reprinting a PO after partial receipt (Rec Opt 7) result in wrong qty on PO

At receipt we are doing a partial receipt of the PO and canceling the balance - rec option 7.  Then if we try to reprint this PO after the receipt the PO prints the canceled quantity, not the original order quantity.  For example, the PO was originally for 600 items, we receive 500 and cancel the balance.  If we reprint the PO and include the status 980/999 in the data selection we get a PO for 100 items.  If we exclude the line where the last status is 980 we get a blank page.  Is there a way to print
