UCM DRM screens are not rendering correctly in Ip2014

Hi,

I have installed IP2014 sample DB. I have configured UCM application with Open UI enabled. I am trying to use Advanced hierarchy management in UCM for that I clicked on Button in Global Accounts Administration. But, when I navigate to DRM screens the screens are not rendering correctly as shown below.

It seems that the rendering for the Tree applets are not correct. I can see the Tree applets correctly with HI application. Does any one faced the same issue in IP 2014?
