ASCP ignoring Intransit qty in its calculation for ISO

Hi Team,

Users are experiencing that ASCP plan order recommendations are not taking into consideration the intransit shipment quantity which are yet to be received against ISOs. Is there any profile to control that or for that any matter any insight/direction to investigate will help.
