How to determine if my environment is using Dynamic or Static Listener?
Hi all,
1) Is there any way to determine if my environment is using Dynamic or Static Listener?
2) Is the existence of listener.ora mean it is using Static listener?
3) If LOCAL_LISTENER parameter is not null means it is using Dynamic Listener?
4) Does Dynamic Listener even need Listener.ora file or the configuration must reside in TNSNAME.ora?
