T5-2 - Both power supplies intermittently lose power for split seconds

Hello everyone,

T5-2 is displaying power supplies error messages.

I will provide the error messages below. You can see that everything happens within 1 sec.

This has happened once in a while for the past few months. We have already moved to an alternate power source and it is still showing the error messages.

The other servers (AIX) within the same rack did not have this power supply errors.

ILOM version: 9.1.0 f

Any idea what is the issue for this system?
