While item import we are facing below errors for around 174 items

I have checked the Metalink note id "268968.1 - Understanding Item Import and Debugging Problems with Item Import" but its again it does not cover

solution for error specific to "ERROR MESSAGE : *** BAD RETURN CODE e ***".

Can anyone please check and provide information?
