Personalize (pencil) button missing from the page. Need to undo the changes in expense report page

Hi,

In expense report page :

- I click on personalize page

- Click on the pencil (personalize) under Create New Expense Report

- Selected "false" for Admin Personalization under the responsibility.


Instead of selecting Rendered as false, by mistake I selected Admin Personalization. Now, the personalize (pencil) button is not showing up for the option - Create New Expense Report. How to undo the changes and get the personlaize option. I tried going through Functional Administator, but it did not worked. Can you please suggest. Please find the screen shot.
