Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is it possible to acces the BI Publisher that is installed in the technology stack for EBS R12 exter

I would like to use the BI Publisher engine that we have installed on our EBS instance with my APEX and ORDS installation on another database server.
