Is it possible to run carryover in advance?

Our company closes between Xmas and New Year every year.  Our last pay check date is 24-DEC

we wanted to schedule the PTO Carryover process to be run this weekend to initiate those balances

I tried running it in a test instance today but it did not generate any results

Calculation Date - 01-JAN-2015

Accrual Plan name - Vacation Plan G

Reprocess All Participants - No

Accrual Term - Previous

The process completes, the log says that everyone is processed correctly but there are no employees with a Carried Over element entry for 01-JAN-2015
