DBMS 12c supported using Windows Bitlocker or Windows Encrypting File System?

Hello,

Does anyone have experience with or awareness of Oracle support of using Windows Bitlocker or Encrypting File System for Oracle DBMS 12c data files?  I am sure performance will suffer but I'm not sure I can afford Advanced Security to get TDE.
