SmartView Retrieve Fails despite registry settings on 64-bit Windows
Hi,
Most of our users are on 32-bit OS except one user who is on 64-bit and he has been repeatedly getting following message when he tries to do large retrieve. Even though we applied the below registry settings, he is still getting the same error message and the interesting thing is he is getting the error message in about 30secs from the point he started doing retrieve. This is to say that the timeout is happening much before the set registry limit of 15 mins. Is there a fix for this ? Looks like the registry settings are not being
