JDE JAS JVM pegs at 99% CPU

This is an intermittent problem that we don't yet know how to re-create. The Production JVM on the client's WebLogic JDE HTTP/JAS server pegs at 99% CPU usage, like it's in an infinite loop. When this happens, it is almost impossible to login successfully to JDE Server Manager Console - it will take 30 minutes to an hour or more to login. Stopping the instance from SM Console doesn't work - the only remedy we've found is to End the java.exe task on the WebLogic server itself -- a new JVM generates and CPU usage returns to normal and Server
