Unable to query the AR Transactions in Transaction form for particular user
Unable to query the AR Transactions in Transaction form for particular user. This issue started after the user has changed his application password.
Another user who is having same responsibility can query the transactions.
We have checked the personalization, there is no personalization regarding the user restriction to query the form.
1. Verified the user level profiles for working and non working user and found no differences.
2. Verified the personalizations and disabled the personalizations and re-tested the issue . still the issue exists.
3. Verified Custom.pll to check if any customizations exist. No customizations exists in Custom.pll
4. Requested customer to run "Compile Security" Program with parameter as "Yes". still the issue exists.
