Hi,

I met below issue which situation is that : Prod JDE worked fine, DB worked fine, no restart, no change. But suddenly the scheduler jobs cannot be submitted. Processing jobs were processing for a very very long time, and other queued jobs were in waiting status.This situation kept on for 2 hours, then JDE worked back to normal automatically. Processing and Waiting jobs in the queues all been submitted. We've nothing modified in JDE or DB.

Should it be a OS parameter changed issue or OS resource issue (but I don't know how to check)? or anything else?
