11.5.10.2 : Patch 12983438 failed while creating index

Hello,

While applying patch 12983438 , we are facing issue with index creation mentioned in patch driver file.Further we have applied soultion as per Create Index Statement Above Failed Because There Is Another Index On The Same Columns. [ID 1130740.1]). but issue persist saying index already present on same column.
