I have a difference between trial balance and account ledger

When printing trial balance for a given account 300.40100.005 an amount of 4,300,000.00 is shown whereas if we print account ledger inquiry for the same account and the same period, the balance shown is zero. Where is this amount coming from? This is also happening on the same object account and different business unit (100.40100.005)
