How to stop Auto Detail Batch from Reserving Rejected Lots?

Dears,

We do not want Auto Detail Batch to reserve from Rejected Lots even when these rejected Lots are the first to be expired.

We have the following setup:

Auto Detail Batch: On Create

Picking Rule: FEFO

Material Status Definition: REJ: Rejected : Allow Reservations ---> unchecked

                                                               Usage ---> Lot

                                                               Disallowed Transactions ---> WIP Issue

Please Advise if there is any missing setup.
