Need help in post upgrade steps- EBS 12.2.4 FMW from 11.1.1.6 to 11.1.1.7

Hi, we have installed 12.2.4 and now upgrading FMW from 11.1.1.6 to 11.1.1.7

Following this notes :

Upgrading Oracle Fusion Middleware Technology Stack of Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 to 11.1.1.7(11gR1 PS6) (Doc ID 1590356.1)

Upgrade is complete but have not got correct information on "

"Step 4.3: Perform Post-Upgrade Tasks"

"You now need to execute the applicable steps listed in the subsection System and Identity Management Components of  Section 5.5 Post-Patching Tasks If Your Starting Point is Release 11.1.1.6.0 only. The relevant steps are those mentioned in Section 5.6.1 only."

And when we refer to "5.6.1 Upgrading System Components" :

and perform "

cd INSTANCE_HOME/bin

./opmnctl start"

It shows this error :
