Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Trunk Stock - Mobile Field Service

All,

We are trying to use Trunk Stock feature in Mobile Field Service for the Technician to return any unused/not required Spare back to Main Warehouse.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Select Trunk Stock button from the home menu

2) Select the Source Sub Inventory
2) Search for a part
3) Select the part to display on hand quantity
4) Destination Organization LOV is Empty.

Any idea what setups are required the Destination Organization and Sub Inventory to be available.

We have checked for availability of Shipping Networks from Source to Destination.
