Status update of Essbase (SmartView) Bug 18076474 and Bug 16005347

We want to know why below bugs are not getting considered in .400 version of SmartView release. Although for Bug 16005347 if see correctly escalation was done till Director of Development and it was committed that it will get fix in .400
