Embedding Fonts in PDF Reports in 10g

We are generating a PDF report using Oracle Report 10g.   The PDF is not embedding the fonts and this is leading to some problems for the consumers of this PDF further down in our workflow process.   Is there a way with 10g to have these fonts embedded when the PDF is generated?
