11GR2 : Need to copy archive log from ASM to DISK and move it to another host for recovery

Hi,

We have a production database, where archive log destination is  in ASM.   We take regular backups of archive log to Disk using RMAN.     For , Dataguard, we are creating standby database.   Standby db is created using a production backup which is 3 days old.   To sync up with PROD , i need to apply the incremental archive logs. 

My question is, how do I copy archive logs from ASM and move it to different host.
