E1: Italy - R74Y060 is missing

Hello,

I'm testing ''Multi-Purpose Communication" -Italy localization- I'm working in Standalone E1 Tools Release: 9.1.4. I didn't find R74Y060 !!! R74Y015 is there but it's obsolete. I'm really confused. Do you know how to fix the issue?
